The planned production area is 11,000 square meters, and it is expected to be completed in October 2023. The company plans to add two air-jet vortex spinning production lines from Muratec Japan, and integrate 50 sets of advanced large rapier high-speed looms and other supporting equipment. Until then we will have annual production capacity for 1,500 tons of special protective yarns, 1,200 tons yarns for High-temperature filtration fabrics, and 18 million square meters of fabrics.

Antifouling and easy decontamination of products, etc. Due to the high degree of crystallinity and orientation of polyester macromolecules, it is usually difficult for macromolecules of finishing agents to enter the fibers. In the past, overflow dyeing machines were mostly used for finishing and dyeing in intermittent production, which not only has low labor efficiency, but also has large equipment limitations and difficult process control. For this reason, after repeated tests, an auxiliary agent TX-ZR001 that can be used directly in the finishing process was developed, which can effectively introduce the macromolecules of the flame retardant finishing agent into the polyester fiber during the finishing process.
